Once again, gin is a key ingredient that has powered us through 2023! Based on the accolades garnered by previous year's KFD gin cocktails, we've worked hard to craft one that's even better!
 

INGREDIENTS

Crushed ice
40ml Gin
40ml Campari
80ml Prosecco
200ml Sparkling grapefruit soda
Blood Orange slices, to serve

METHOD

• Fill a spritz glass with crushed ice.

• Combine Gin, Campari & Prosecco in the glass

• Top with soda, gently stir and then garnish with blood orange slices to serve.
